Rhoda Domingo

Biography

Rhodalyn Domingo is an illustrator born in the Philippines, and currently living in New Zealand. She has a background in Graphic Design and was introduced to the amazing world of children’s books after she had her first child, which re-ignited her passion for telling stories through pictures. She immediately took a Children’s Book illustration course and she’s been pursuing that path ever since. Rhoda loves to draw children as the silliest and most innocent characters, using colors inspired by nature and incorporating elements of rich cultural references. Although she loves to play with traditional mediums, she enjoys working digitally where she isn’t limited by physical materials and is perfect for her “On-the-go mum” lifestyle.
